Classic meatballs with tomato sauce
Homemade meatballs using lean beef and pork mince, fresh parmesan, fresh parsley, breadcrumbs, onions and garlic. The meatballs are cooked in the oven and then simmered in a homemade tomato sauce. These meatballs in tomato sauce go so well with chunky pasta or can be eaten as a supper dish. They can also be served with other antipasti dishes as a starter.
Ingredients: Lean mince beef, pork mince (50% each), onions, garlic, fresh breadcrumbs (wheat),fresh parmesan (milk), free range eggs, fresh parsley, Italian chopped tomatoes, salt & pepper
