Salsa Pomarola – homemade tomato salsa
Salsa Pomarola is the classic tomato sauce made with all fresh vegetables; onions, carrots, celery, fresh herbs and seasoning including a smidge of sugar to bring out the sweetness of the tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil.
This sauce goes well with spaghetti but can also be used as the basis for many main dishes. Recipes are available on my blog.

This product is available fresh or frozen. If bought fresh it is to be kept refrigerated for no more than 3 days.
