Lemon polenta cake
Lemon polenta cake is a typically Italian cake. The use of ground almonds and polenta flour result in a moist sponge with a lovely lemony flavour. When the cake is removed from the oven it is drizzled with lemon syrup. Great with fresh cream, Greek yogurt or mascarpone.
Ingredients; butter, caster sugar, ground almonds, gluten free baking powder, free range eggs, fresh lemons & icing sugar
