Luxury chicken mushroom lasagna
This type of lasagna is known in Italy as Vincigrassi. It is a made with lasagne sheets layered with both a rich chicken sauce which combines Italian sausage, chicken livers, sliced chicken thigh and marsala and a mushroom béchamel sauce and freshly grated parmesan cheese.
